ZAGREB, Feb 27 (Hina) - Economy Minister Goranko Fizulic on Wednesday announced he would submit his resignation to Premier Ivica Racan during the day, tomorrow at the latest. Fizulic replied to reporters in Sarajevo when asked to
comment on yesterday's decision by the Croatian Social Liberal Party (HSLS) Executive Council on withdrawing from the government Economy Minister Fizulic, Maritime Affairs, Transport and Communications Minister Alojz Tusek and the first deputy prime minister, Goran Granic. "I am finding out from the newspapers that I am incompetent, and now I am being accused by some unidentified persons from the (HSLS) Executive Council of being a thief", said Fizulic, and added he believed a discussion about ministers without them present was inappropriate, and lacked elementary decency.(hina) np sb
