ZAGREB, Feb 21 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Journalists' Association (HND), Dragutin Lucic, will advocate a public airing of the cancelled Latinica talk show about whether Croatia needed a law against the Ustasha ideology,
with an additional discussion. He believes the decision to cancel the show was the worst solution for the show's author, the editors and the public. "The cancelling of the contentious Latinica, or anyone else's report or article, regardless of how much it is justified professionally and ethically, is the worst solution for the author, the editors and the public," Lucic said in a statement on Thursday. He said he would advocate the public airing of Latinica, which will give the Croatian Radio Television Council a chance to take a position on the entire case.(hina) np sb
