Further talks will focus on the conditions of a new arrangement and the two sides have agreed not to focus on details so much, sources close to the government reported. The three-member IMF Mission began official talks with the representatives of the Croatian government on Thursday, February 7, on the implementation of a stand-by arrangement. The arrangement was granted to Croatia in March 2001 and it expires in May 2002.
