changes in its programme and composition and the coalition agreement to start after tomorrow's session of the HSLS Governing Council. Commenting on relations in the government, Lucin said the government was doing its job well in spite of everything and he expected it to be successful. law would be forwarded into parliamentary procedure in two weeks at
the most.
