ZAGREB, Jan 17 (Hina) - Dubrovacka Bank will be sold to Chalemagne Capital of London, which already owns three Croatian banks. After five months of negotiations, the State Agency for the Saving Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation (DAB)
on Thursday approved of the final, binding offer from London. Chalemagne Capital will pay EUR24 million into the Croatian state budget and recapitalise Dubrovacka Bank with another eight million. DAB says the offered price corresponds to the real situation of the bank. Insurance and Bank Rehabilitation (DAB) on Thursday approved of the
final, binding offer from London. Chalemagne Capital will pay EUR24
