SARAJEVO, Dec 10 (Hina) - The governments of Bosnia-Herzegovina and Croatia will set up a commission to deal with the problem of pollution of the Neretva river and the area where it flows into the Adriatic Sea, Bosnian Foreign Trade
Minister Dragan Doko and Croatian Environmental Protection Minister Ivo Banac announced in Sarajevo on Wednesday.
SARAJEVO, Dec 10 (Hina) - The governments of Bosnia-Herzegovina and
Croatia will set up a commission to deal with the problem of
pollution of the Neretva river and the area where it flows into the
Adriatic Sea, Bosnian Foreign Trade Minister Dragan Doko and
Croatian Environmental Protection Minister Ivo Banac announced in
Sarajevo on Wednesday. #L#
The two ministers also discussed an initiative to establish a
national park in the Una river basin and implement a World Bank
project on the integrated management of the Neretva and Trebisnjica
river basins.
Later in the day, Banac, who is on a day-long visit to Sarajevo, is
scheduled to meet Ramiz Mehmedagic, minister of the Muslim-Croat
federation for environmental protection and zoning.
