party advocated "a Croatia of knowledge, because knowledge is what the future is based on".

Rados, said in the eastern Croatian town of Osijek on Wednesday that
numerous social and economic problems had been removed in the past
four years, and that his party advocated "a Croatia of knowledge,
because knowledge is what the future is based on". #L#
Speaking at an election rally for constituency no. 4, where Libra
has formed a coalition with the Social Democratic Party and the
Liberal Party for the November 23 parliamentary elections, Rados
pointed to Libra's programmes -- the new school project, women in
enterpreneurship, and the cancellation of obligatory military
service.
The third candidate on the slate and president of the Osijek-
Baranja Libra branch, Vilim Herman, said Croatia as well as
Slavonia and Baranja needed stability and security. He pointed to
the results the government had achieved in the Osijek area in the
past four years -- the construction of a bypass, the Ernestinovo
transformer station, and investments into the health system and
Osijek University.
