ANKARA, Nov 14 (Hina) - Turkey's Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, Abdullah Gul, and Croatia's European Integration Minister Neven Mimica on Friday spoke about the great contribution their countries had made to
the stabilisation of the situation in south-eastern Europe.

contribution their countries had made to the stabilisation of the
situation in south-eastern Europe. #L#
The two ministers agreed that their countries' efforts in that
regard were useful for the European Union as well.
They also discussed possibilities for enhancing partnership and
communication between Zagreb and Ankara as part of their bids to
enter the European Union.
Later in the day, Mimica also held talks with the secretary-general
of the Turkish directorate for the EU, Murat Sungar. The two
officials voiced satisfaction with the fact that bilateral trade
had doubled in the last two years, exceeding 100 million dollars.
