Nicholas Burns, has assessed that Croatia, Albania and Macedonia

Speaking at NATO's parliamentary assembly, which took place in
Orlando, Florida, from 7 to 11 November, Ambassador Burns said
Croatia, Albania and Macedonia were progressing very well and were
investing serious efforts, but there were still some things they
needed to be done.
The Orlando conference, which pooled parliamentary delegations
from 19 NATO member states and 20 candidates for membership,
including a two-member Croatian delegation, focused on the impact
of the Iraqi war on trans-Atlantic relations and on new terrorists
threats.
