ICTY Appeals Chamber on 73 new pieces of evidence, which were unavailable to the defence during the trial, is a new chance for the former commander of the Operative Zone Central Bosnia, Tihomir Blaskic, Blaskic's defence attorney Anto Nobilo told Hina on Monday. "The tribunal's decision is a good foundation and a new chance for Blaskic," Nobilo told Hina over the telephone declining comment on a possible outcome of the hearing, scheduled for December 8, at which new witnesses and evidence will be introduced. Closing arguments will most probably be presented a week later.
