The minister acquainted the Kosovo delegation with Croatia's
judiciary reform, stressing that the government was determined to
modernise the domestic justice system and enable it to respond to
the challenges of the rule of law.
Haximus said the Kosovo justice system was in dire financial
straits, and that the results of the Croatian reform would be of
great help in the amendment of Kosovo's civil and criminal
legislation.
