Solana met UN Civil Administrator in Kosovo Harri Holkeri after
which he told a news conference that the Belgrade-Pristina dialogue
was a very important project, adding that the EU advocated the
continuation of that process.
Solana stressed Kosovo needed to achieve democratic standards,
including dialogue with Belgrade, prior to a debate on its final
status.
