Leary, the state secretary for European and international affairs in the Premier's Cabinet, as well as by other senior officials.

Simonovic on Monday paid a day-long visit to Dublin where he was
received by the Irish Minister of State, Dick Roche, who is in
charge of European affairs, and by Eoin Leary, the state secretary
for European and international affairs in the Premier's Cabinet, as
well as by other senior officials. #L#
The meetings were held in the context of the forthcoming presidency
of Ireland over the European Union in the first half of 2004, the
Croatian Embassy in Dublin reported on Monday.
According to the same source, the Irish hosts expressed support to
Zagreb's plans to enter the Union.
Later in the evening, Simonovic is to hold a lecture on Croatia's
bids to enter the EU for foreign diplomats, MPs and public figures
in Dublin.
