Croatia wants all democratic individual and minority rights to be
implemented, and all refugees and displaced persons to return and
use their own property, Mesic said.
Lozano spoke of the three visits of Pope John Paul II to Croatia, and
called on the Croatian people to return to their Christian
tradition.
Mesic also received credentials from the ambassador of New Zealand,
Julie MacKenzie, the ambassador of the Swiss Confederation, Marcus
Kaiser, and the ambassador of the Kingdom of Denmark, Hans Michael
Kofoed-Hansen.
