ZAGREB, Sept 23 (Hina) - The Croatian parliament's committees on legislation and education, science and culture on Tuesday unanimously and without debate endorsed the government's final bill on the media, which should ensure external
and internal media autonomy, protect information sources and copyrights, as well as limit press ownership concentration.

The committee on legislation also endorsed the final bill
confirming an agreement between Croatia and the European
Investment Bank on a EUR50 million loan for the construction of
communal infrastructure in areas of special state concern.
The committee endorsed a number of international agreements and
conventions, including an agreement on military cooperation with
Slovenia and the international convention preventing the financing
of terrorism.
