ZAGREB, Sept 9 (Hina) - Culture Minister Antun Vujic on Tuesday received 36 ambassadors and embassy officials accredited to Croatia ahead of two conferences to be held at the level of culture ministers in Opatija in October.

A conference entitled International Networks for Cultural Policies
will take place on October 16-19, and a conference of the Council of
Europe on October 20-22, the Culture Ministry said in a statement.
The first conference will focus on the relationship between culture
and development, specifically the financing of culture, cultural
diversity and the media.
The Council of Europe conference will discuss intercultural
dialogue and conflict prevention.
