the Croatian Week event, with a presentation of the Istria region's

The museum has been hosting an exhibition of modern art from
Croatia, Albania, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Greece, Romania,
Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro, and Turkey, called "Blood and
Honey - The Future Is in the Balkans". The exhibition is taking
place from 16 May to 28 September.
The Croatian Week started on 3 September with a presentation of
young Croatian writers whose works were published in German.
The Croatian Week wraps up on September 13 with an event on modern
Croatian art. The organiser of the event is the Essl Museum and the
Croatian Embassy in Vienna.
