The country's foreign debt at the end of this year's first half
amounted to US$18.6 billion, i.e. $3.2 billion more than at the end
of last year. Foreign debt per capita is currently $4,191.
Some indicators show that the amount will continue to rocket and
foreign debt is expected to exceed $20 billion by the end of the
year, Kosor said.
