Bosnian Croat leaders meet Lajcak

MOSTAR, April 29 (Hina) - The European External Action Service Managing Director for Europe and Central Asia, Miroslav Lajcak, on Thursday evening held talks with the leaders of two Bosnian Croatian Democratic Union parties.

At the talks Dragan Covic of the HDZ BiH and Bozo Ljubic of the HDZ 1990 accused the Party of Democratic Action and the Social Democratic Party of obstructing the formation of the government at the state level with their demands to have five ministerial posts in the ten-member Council of Ministers (Bosnia's government).

"Mr. Lajcak has acquainted us with the European Union's positions and our views are identical. Concern has been expressed over the views of the Bosniak political parties and conditions they set for the formation of the government at the state level. Consequently, we will not get the state government for long time," Covic told the media after the talks with Lajcak.

Then international community's High Representative to Sarajevo, Austrian diplomat Valentin Inzko told the British Guardian newspaper that "Bosnia is facing its worst crisis since the end of the war 16 years ago because of Serb secessionist policies aimed at paralysing the country",
