Those centres will be opened to inform the international community about the inferior position of the Croats in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
"Our strategy is to set up strong lobby centres in Brussels and Washington," Covic told the media in Mostar on Friday.
According to him, the Bosnian Muslim (Bosniak) parties and the Bosnian Serb entity, annually earmark tens of millions of convertible marks for lobbying for their interests.
Covic said that Croat expatriates were willing to logistically support those centres.
Covic said that the Croat national assembly would be held in accordance with the Bosnian constitution and laws.
Otherwise, it would lead to an open conflict with the international community, he added.
