Wednesday that parliamentary elections would be held on November 23. Racan spoke to reporters before a regular session of his Social Democratic Party's Presidency. Asked if the vote would be held on November 23 or 30, Racan said he had been "repeating for months that parliamentary elections will be held in the second half of November". Although he did not mention the date, asked if citizens would go to the polls on November 23, the PM said "that date is in the second half of November". He stressed the date depended on the time it was going to take Croatia to finish answering a questionnaire recently delivered by the European Commission. Asked to comment on reports that Bosnia-Herzegovina's government had granted a concession for the construction of a highway
