By staging the strike between 10 and 11 a.m., the union wanted to
show workers' discontent with unpaid salaries and give the
management board another chance to meet workers' demands.
Workers demand that the remaining 37 percent of May's wages and the
first part of the June wages be paid by July 31.
The union expects the second part of the June salary and the entire
July salary to be paid by August 15.
Union representatives will hold a press conference after at noon.
