The report contains the full truth as to the extent of compliance
with assumed commitments, Djukic told a news conference.
He said the report indicated the Croatian government's political
will to have Serb refugees return to pre-war homes. Djukic added,
however, the government was not willing to set the return as a
strategic goal.
Djukic said that in practice headway had not been made in some
areas, such as the return of tenancy rights to Serb returnees.
The SNS is of the opinion the state should pay for the entire damage
caused during the 1990s war, including for the destruction of
property, Djukic said.
