LOVAS, July 9 (Hina) - The Japanese government has donated some 160,000 kuna (approx. 21,000 euros) to the primary school in Lovas, near the eastern city of Vukovar. The funds will be used for the purchase of equipment, furniture and
books for the school library.

The agreement to equip the Lovas primary school was signed on
Wednesday by the Japanese Ambassador to Croatia, Kaname Ikeda, and
the school headmaster, Anto Mikic.
