In September 2002, the Croatian Health Ministry forwarded to the
fund a draft programme called "Scaling up the HIV/AIDS Response in
Croatia", along with a deed of donation, the statement said. The
programme has been accepted and preparations for the signing of an
agreement to a period of two years are underway, the statement
said.
