BANJA LUKA, June 22 (Hina) - Pope John Paul II met a delegation of the most senior officials of Bosnia's two entities at the Bishops' Ordinariate in Banja Luka on Sunday afternoon.

The delegation comprised Republika Srpska President Dragan Cavic,
the President of the Federation of Bosnia-Herzegovina, Niko
Lozancic, and two Republika Srpska Vice-Presidents, Ivan
Tomljenovic and Adil Osmanovic.
The Holy Father also met members of the Inter-religious Council of
Bosnia-Herzegovina - Bosnian Archbishop, Cardinal Vinko Puljic,
the head of the Islamic community, Reis-ul-Ulema Mustafa Ceric, the
head of the Jewish community in Sarajevo, Jakob Finci, and Banja
Luka Serb Orthodox Bishop Jefrem.
During the meeting, the pope called for coexistence, mutual
understanding and tolerance in Bosnia-Herzegovina.
