ZAGREB, June 18 (Hina) - The Croatian government on Wednesday supported the cooperation with the Organisation for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD) and its advancement through the expression of interest in joining the OECD's
legal instruments and certain committees, the end goal being full membership.

supported the cooperation with the Organisation for Economic

To this aim, an official visit of a Croatian ministerial delegation
to the OECD's secretary-general will be organised. The delegation
will present a letter by the prime minister officially confirming
Croatia's interest, the government's public relations office
reported.
The government adopted a declaration of intent between the
international centre for the development of migration policy and
the Croatian foreign ministry, which initiates the process of
Croatia's admission. The declaration will be signed by the foreign
minister on behalf of the government.
The government also accepted a report on negotiations with Chile on
the signing of an agreement on avoiding double taxation and the
prevention of tax evasion, and authorised the finance minister to
sign the agreement.
