BELGRADE: ORDER TO EXTRADITE STANISIC TO ICTY SIGNED

BELGRADE, June 5 (Hina) - Serbia and Montenegro's Minister for Human and Minority Rights, Rasim Ljajic, on Thursday signed a document on the extradition of a former head of the Serbian State Security Agency, Jovica Stanisic, to the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague. #L# The date of Stanisic's extradition will be set by the Serbian interior ministry. Stanisic is indicted for war crimes in Croatia and Bosnia along with the founder and first commander of the so-called Red Berets, Franko Simatovic, extradited to the ICTY several days ago.
