were "expert consultations and an exchange of opinions," said a Slovene foreign ministry official, Borut Bahnic.

and an exchange of opinions," said a Slovene foreign ministry

Bahnic said that regarding the ICC, Ljubljana would act "in line
with guidelines from the European Union".
