The UN civilian administrator to Kosovo, Michael Steiner, said he
would lead a Kosovo delegation to the EU summit in Salonika where
the delegation should start talks with Serbian representatives on
solving practical issues in Pristina-Belgrade relations, without
prejudging Kosovo's final status.
