foreign exchange transactions which would enable further

The bill regulates a number of areas -- from direct investments,
investments into real-estate and dealings with bonds, to taking
money in and out of the country.
Instead of Wednesday, the parliament's working week begins a day
early so MPs could finish the planned agenda of some 50 items.
