The unionists also oppose the HUP's insisting that severance pays
be calculated on the basis of net salaries.
The URSH does not accept the opposition of employers to
representative of workers becoming members of companies'
supervisory boards.
"Employers fear that workers in supervisory boards could find out
about their 'murky dealings' in companies, which is
understandable," said the president of the URSH, Boris Kunst.
The above requests were made by the HUP recently as minimum
conditions to agree with amendments to the Labour Act.
