former USSR's clearing debt, from compensation in goods and services to money payments, Croatia's finance ministry said on Sunday, adding final talks on the matter should be held in Moscow next month. The offer was made by Russian Deputy Finance Minister Sergei Kolotuhkin during talks with a Croatian delegation attending a two-day European Bank for Reconstruction and Development annual conference which began in Uzbekistan today. The Croatian delegation, headed by Finance Minister Mato Crkvenac, agreed with the Russian side to finalise talks on the clearing debt in Moscow in June, by which time Croatia will mull over the offer. The former USSR's clearing debt to the former Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia amounts to US$1.2 billion. Croatia is entitled
