Ashdown warned that it was high time that war criminals be arrested.
He recalled that life would be very difficult for those supporting
and financially backing war criminals because their bank accounts
would be frozen and their travelling abroad prevented.
Ashdown said that financial and espionage scandals in Republika
Srpska deterred potential foreign investors and hindered Bosnia's
road to Europe.
It is high time that politicians finally assumed responsibility for
everything that is going on in the Serb entity, he said.
