Minister Antun Vujic pointed to the importance of the rule-book
which will protect, in cooperation with the police and harbour
masters' offices, maritime cultural heritage from theft.
The book of rules cites some 80 locations at which diving will be
allowed. Diving groups will consist of no more than 15 divers led by
one person and their activities will be monitored by the culture
ministry, i.e. experts in the protection of the sea cultural riches
and authorised persons from harbour masters' offices and the
maritime police.
