BANJA LUKA, April 10 (Hina) - It is not possible to form a joint army in Bosnia-Herzegovina, the president of the Bosnian Serb entity, Dragan Cavic, said ahead of Thursday's session of the permanent committee on Bosnia-Herzegovina
military issues on the reform of the defence.

committee on Bosnia-Herzegovina military issues on the reform of

Cavic said, however, that he would personally advocate a joint
command and a joint civil control over armed forces.
Cavic told reporters that he received a report from the Republika
Srpska General Staff regarding a so-called espionage affair. He
said that responsible persons for the affair in the army of the
Bosnian Serb entity would undergo sanctions as early as next week.
