ZAGREB, April 9 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Power Supply company (HEP), Ivo Covic, and the director of Slovenia's power supply company (ELES), Vekoslav Korosec, on Wednesday signed an agreement on the transfer of
electricity from the Krsko nuclear power plant, the HEP reported Wednesday.
ZAGREB, April 9 (Hina) - The president of the Croatian Power Supply
company (HEP), Ivo Covic, and the director of Slovenia's power
supply company (ELES), Vekoslav Korosec, on Wednesday signed an
agreement on the transfer of electricity from the Krsko nuclear
power plant, the HEP reported Wednesday. #L#
Under the agreement and in line with a company agreement on Krsko,
the HEP has the right and obligation to use half of the available
power and energy from the joint nuclear power plant.
ELES has committed itself to transfer the electricity produced in
Krsko to the Croatian side of the Croatian-Slovene border, where
HEP will take over.
