ZAGREB, April 3 (Hina) - Croatia will send 20 million kuna (EUR2.6 million) worth of humanitarian assistance to Iraq's war-affected population, the government decided at a session on Thursday.

The donation includes blankets, tents, sleeping bags, flour, sugar
and water disinfectants.
Considering its nature, the donation will be sent according to
needs and distribution possibilities, Premier Ivica Racan said.
The government set up a crisis centre to follow the sending of
assistance.
The centre was also bound to consider the possibility of sending
experts and accompanying equipment to the post-war Iraq to help
alleviate consequences of the war.
