Electronic media reported today that information had surfaced
recently about Ilic's "underground connections".
It has been claimed that Ilic's security advisor was Bosko
Radonjic, a senior Serbian state security official at the time of
former Yugoslav President Slobodan Milosevic.
The media also reported that Ilic was known to brag about his merits
for the 5 October 2000 change of regime, when Milosevic was
arrested, and that he used his good relations with ex-Yugoslav
President Vojislav Kostunica to threaten colleagues in the DOS
coalition.
