"I believe that the Interior Ministry's disciplinary court will
make the same mistakes because of which I was found guilty and
sacked, because that body does not have any control mechanisms and
nobody answers for omissions," Misic said.
Accepting statements from the plaintiff's lawsuit, the
Administrative Court ruled that the disciplinary court had not
established that Misic had forwarded the report to the media and
ordered a repeated procedure, allowing Misic to prove that it was
not him who leaked information on the accident, which happened last
January.
