reform in the judiciary. #L#
Justice Minister Ingrid Anticevic Marinovic is expected to brief
MPs on the state of affairs in the judicial sector and measures
aimed at its improvement.
The reform in the judiciary includes amendments to the Penal Code,
the civil action law, the inheritance law and the law on bankruptcy
procedure and distress.
The reform also implies the appointment of new judges.
Sabor will resume its session on Tuesday, instead of Wednesday, in
order to manage to discuss all the items on the agenda and wrap up
the 30th session on Friday.
