Health Insurance Institute (HZZO), according to which the HZZO is not responsible for the hospital's poor financial situation but rather the irrational business operations of the hospital's administration.
VUKOVAR, March 3 (Hina)- The chief-of-staff of Vukovar's General
Hospital, Dr. Vesna Bosanac, on Monday denied accusations
expressed at a press conference by the Croatian Health Insurance
Institute (HZZO), according to which the HZZO is not responsible
for the hospital's poor financial situation but rather the
irrational business operations of the hospital's administration.

In a statement to Hina, Dr. Bosanac denied the accusation that HZZO
officials stated and announced that on Tuesday she would give a
special press release.
The chief-of-staff confirmed news that Diners Club was going to
donate 350,000 HRK (approx. 45,000 euro) to pay the hospitals gas
debt of 337,000 HRK (approx. 44,000 euro).
