Rop told Slovene radio that the Croatian government's decision to
annul a public bid for the purchase of Suncani Hvar hotel company
did not consolidate Croatia's credibility in the area of foreign
investments. He said he had been "asked" about the case during his
recent visit to Brussels.
The premier said he hoped the Slovene parliament would ratify an
agreement on Krsko, and that an agreement would previously be
reached with local authorities in municipalities around Krsko
regarding dismantling the plant and storing radioactive waste.
