PRISTINA, Feb 18 (Hina) - NATO-led peacekeepers (KFOR) on Monday evening confirmed they had detained three members of the former Kosovo Liberation Army indicted by the UN war crimes tribunal at The Hague. KFOR said the three men would
be sent to The Hague.

Kosovo Liberation Army indicted by the UN war crimes tribunal at The

The arrests were executed pursuant to the ICTY warrant and the
arrested men are Hajredin Baljaj aka Shala, Isak Musliu aka
Querkizi, and Agim Murtezi aka Murrizi, Kfor said in a statement.
The three men have been transferred to secure locations and are soon
to be extradited to The Hague, the peacekeepers said.
The three men are former Kosovo guerillas who, according to NATO
sources, committed war crimes in the Drenica region in 1998.
