The event, which has been taking place around the world since 2000

organised by the consulate and Subotica municipality.
"The goal of the Croatian Story is to connect Croats in Vojvodina
(Yugoslav province) and Serbia with their homeland and present
Croatia as a country with a rich culture and tradition," Consul-

The central event of the Croatian Story will be Saturday's concert
by the Croatian Radio-Television's Tamburitza Orchestra,

singers Barbara Otman, Hrid Matic and Miroslav Zivkovic. The
concert will be held for representatives of the diplomatic corps,
Vojvodina's and Serbia's state bodies and the Croat community in
Vojvodina.
The participants of the Croatian Story will be led by the director
of the Croatian Emigrants' Institute, Boris Maruna. The delegation
will also include representatives of the government, Vukovar-
