According to statistical figures, the average wage in November
nominally increased by four (4) percent and by 3.7 percent in real
terms as against October.
In the period from January to November 2002, the average monthly
wage was 3,709 kuna (EUR494.5), which was nominally 4.8 percent and
in real terms 2.9 percent higher than in the same period of 2001, the
Central Bureau of Statistics reported.
The average salary paid last November was 5.7 percent nominally and
3.6 percent really higher than the average pay from November 2001.
