ZAGREB, Jan 28 (Hina) - Privredna Bank Zagreb (PBZ) does not own 0.84 percent of shares in Slovenia's Terme Catez company, but acts as a custodian over the shares on behalf of other clients, PBZ officials said Tuesday.

The owner of the said shares "is a company which chose PBZ to be
custodian over its shares," said the PBZ in a press release. The
bank did not say which company this was.
PBZ also holds the shares of other Slovene companies and several
hundred companies from around the world on behalf of companies from
Croatia and abroad.
The Bank is also a local custody service provider for five of the
largest global custody providers and for the largest financial
institutions in Croatia, says the press release.
