ZAGREB, Jan 22 (Hina) - Representatives of the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, German investing agency DEG, and PriceWatterhouseCoopers consultants held a meeting in Zagreb on Wednesday with representatives of the
Croatian Privatisation Fund (HFP) and the Tourism Ministry on privatisation models for four Croatian hotel companies.
ZAGREB, Jan 22 (Hina) - Representatives of the European Bank for
Reconstruction and Development, German investing agency DEG, and
PriceWatterhouseCoopers consultants held a meeting in Zagreb on
Wednesday with representatives of the Croatian Privatisation Fund
(HFP) and the Tourism Ministry on privatisation models for four
Croatian hotel companies. #L#
These are Adriatic from Split, Plate and Maestral from Dubrovnik,
and Jadran from Crikvenica.
Framework privatisation models and financial schemes were
presented for each company. These were drawn up after due
dilligence had been carried out in all four, the HFP said.
The proposed models will be additionally harmonised with the HFP
and the Tourism Ministry and then presented to the public.
