RIJEKA TO HOST ECUMENICAL WEEK STARTING JANUARY 21

RIJEKA, Jan 16 (Hina) - A week of prayer for Christian unity, organised by the Rijeka-based Ecumenical Committee, begins on January 21, committee representatives told a news conference in the northern Adriatic port on Thursday. #L# Rijeka has been hosting the Christian unity prayer week for the seventh consecutive year, pooling representatives of the Serb Orthodox, Catholic, Evangelical, and Baptist Churches. The week begins with a prayer in a Catholic and ends with one in a Serb Orthodox church. Events will also include two ecumenical panel debates. (hina) ha sb
