ZAGREB, Dec 17 (Hina) - A delegation of the National University of
Singapore visited the University of Zagreb on Friday, presenting a programme of
exchange of students and professors intended for universities in Central and
Eastern Europe.The two universities reached an agreement in principle on cooperation
and signed a memorandum of understanding, the University of Zagreb said in a
press release on Friday evening.
The National University of Singapore was founded in 1905, and today
consists of 12 colleges. The London newspaper The Times has ranked it 18th
among the 200 best universities in the world.
